Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be made?

I aim to get your desired print or product printed and Packaged the same day the order is placed — Whilst this is now always possible, I do strive to get it done as soon as possible

When Will my order be delivered?

Delivery is a different one, if local, within our local delivery post codes (SA1, SA2, SA3, SA4, SA5, SA6, SA7, SA8) — Then i will personally deliver your order to ensure safe arrival, This matters not only for the integrity of the print, but also to ensure the safety of the frame, if selected.

if you are outside of the local delivery post code, and need the item posted using a courier — then I use a registered courier, with all items sent insured, and packaged to the best of my ability to ensure a safe delivery.

Some prints say they are limited, what does this mean?

i take a lot of pride in my work, each photo has a story, each photo is Delicately edited, colour graded, along with taken in the first place — As a result I deem my work, Fine Art — More information on this can be found on the ‘Fine Art’ Page, above. As a result, I limit each of my prints to a certain number - This could be 50, or 100 usually. This is regardless of print size. When you place your order, I will assign the print number on your certificate of authenticity, along with a signature, and a small write up of the photo itself. I feel this adds more value to the images, knowing that once that particular print has Exceeded it’s print limit, it will no longer be Available.

Some prints are on a different paper to others, why?

These prints are different, some being vibrant in colour, some being dramatic and bold in black and white — As a result, the representation of each image is best displayed on a particular paper — For example, black and white images often show best on a matt archival paper, which is slightly textured. This gives great depth to the blacks, and adds contrast to the white, where as some beautiful seascapes over the gower, with their bursts of colours benefit from a pearl type paper. This is currently not an option to be selected, as i deem the best paper for the particular images. ensuring the best possible outcome for your selected image.

How are my prints and products printed?

Prints are products are all printed by myself, with custom colour profiles, ensuring the best possible match, From screen to paper. I use pigment based ink to ensure archival time frames of the print — this is usually 100 years. — each print has it’s own time frame, from selecting the paper, ensuring the profile is correct, ensuring the paper is perfect, then ensuring the correct print Method is used, and the final result is also perfect, free of any imperfections. any issues, and the process is reset. Ensuring the print you receive is Exactly as imagined. As for gifts, these use a different print process, again, in house, by myself — however these use a different process to ensure the product is applied to the product in the best possible way, with the correct colours, the Desired effect and the durability it deserves. This way i can make sure that there is consistency, and each print and product leaves with my own personal stamp of approval.
